I was not impressed which is too bad because it is not a bad looking place.

Wow this place is just bad!!Can't even begin to rant about what was wrong on our visit...And cannot believe teh review below taht says all complaints are probably from people who don't fine dine cause if you call this establishment fine dining then we definately have a problem.

I was in the back parking lot and a chef was smoking out of a pipe and smelt like marijuana that is probably why the food tasted horribly i will not go back until i hear some improvements are underway

I came with a large group and we were all served at seperate times. My burger was very dry/charred. Wasnt impressed with food or slow service.

Ate here many times and have had nothing other than exellent service and great food. Aldergrove is extremely under serviced in the restaurant department, and the Stationhouse is a great pick for dinner, no matter where you live in the lower mainland. They should advertise outside of the area, because it's the fraser valley's best kept secret. Negative reviews of this place are probably from people who don't fine dine much ....... I can't say anything but positive things about this fairly new spot!

My wife and I went there and the food was terrible, asked for the steak to be well done, but not burnt and tough which is what I received. This is definitely not a family orientated restaurant with grumpy servers and no kid friendly menu items. Maybe this explains why the sign said they were applying for a pub licence since the food is so terrible. I also worried about leaving my car unattended in the parking lot which reeked of marijuana smoke and was occupied by undesirable characters. We will not be returning.

Service was terrible, food was even worse. Ordered the prime rib, asked for well done and my plate was bloody. The potatoes were so salty they were inedible. I was disgusted.

Our waitress seemed like she had somewhere better to be and wasnt interested in serving us. Never did get a water and after tasting those potatoes I could have used it.

my husband and i have gone there quite often, in the begining the food was not that good but lately it has been much better, but the service has turned horrible, with a few nice waitresses, the hostess is misserable as well as the bartender if there that unhappy maybe they should work elsewhere and not in the service industry.

I really can't say anything good about this place and I have given it three chances as well.The food is continously bad and there is absolutely zero ambience.We tried it when it opened and were disgusted by there bruschetta Which was turning sour it was so old,The prawns on a skewer were ,well let's put it this way,I would rather have eaten the cardboard box they came out of.Steaks were tough and full of gristle,and way overdone.SO we vowed to never return.

Seeing it stay busy we went back as we figured something must have changed as people are still going in droves.HAd salmon and must say it was as overpriced as it was overcooked.Wifes salad was wilty and the dressing was warm and split as it was maybe put under the heat lamp or something.Our dismay at the quality check got us no where.

Third time went for a sunday afternoon appy and a drink as the OTHER restaurant in town was closed and were completely disgusted,Was there any salt left in the kitchen after they seasoned my chicken wings???probably not!!Spinach dip tasted of nothing and was a complete waste of time,energy and resources.Never ever again will I go back here and cannot for the life of me figure out why on Earth this place is a sbusy as it is..people must be settling in these day and ages for well below mediocrity or just give up and go wherever.....very disturbing.

you might just get stabbed by a hobo at the Station House Grill, but it is worth the risk. I have three words that will call you in your sleep, Five dollar Steak! (5 ounce sirloin strip, with salad, fried, and garlic toast)

I was blown away by the great food and service! My children were welcomed, the menu selections were fabulous! With any luck, we can still get in for New Years, as I'm sure it will be unforgettable!

Had one of the best dining experiences of my life the other night at the Station House Grill in West Abby. The staff was increabily friendly and the food was to die for. Liked the personal touch the Manager showed us. We will definately be back.

We didn't have a very nice meal. My med-rare steak was delivered blue. We felt like we were bothering the waitress.
