We ordered 5 dishes,& 4 of the 5 were terrbile.
We never ate 2 of them, they were that bad,and some food was over-cooked or cold. The manager NEVER came out to resolve our issue & still charged us for the food we never to ate !
The manager had a waitress do his/her talking for them ...very poor !

This place sucks.. all around.. DO NOT GO!!!

My husband & I have been going to Ilios for years & never had a problem. Always enjoyed the food & service. We went there on Saturday night September,9,2006 for dinner. We live in Langley.Ordered our dinner, when my husbands dinner came which was a $23.00 steak, he asked for it medium & it was rare, his asparagus was cold & that was the fisrt thing he took a bite of,the waitress asked him if he wanted fixings for his baked potato after she brought the meal,& yes of course he did. Then she took another tables order instead of getting potato fixings.When she did bring them they we watched her take them right off of another table.They were table scraps with no sour cream left & some dried up green onions right off of another table!!! We could not believe it. My husband asked her if that was standard proceedures, we had to ask her to fill the containers with fresh fixings, there was pretty much nothing left anyhow. He would have been happy when she did ask if he wanted fixings if she would have just went to the kitchen & brought fresh stuff not from someone elses table & just on a little dish he really did not need the caddy! Anyway I had the seafood alfredo & it was down right aweful! The pasta was overcooked, the sauce was NOT an alfredo sauce it tasted like salt & paste,it was gluey, & I am sure it was made from a package. I did not see any of the stuff that was suppose to be in the meal accept for shrimp. No care had gone into the dinners. I tried to eat my meal but it was not going down at all. I said to my husband that we are paying good money for a nice dinner & that this was not acceptable, neither of us were eating our dinner, his steak was too rare for his liking. So we explained to the waitress what was wrong, we asked to speak to the supervisor, she was gone 10 minutes & came back & stood at our table. I asked when is the supervisor coming? She replied that he wasn't too busy. Too busy to take 5 minutes to take a wrong situation & make it right? Well I tell you one thing if that happened in my place of business & I just sent one of my staff to tell the customer that I was too busy I am sure that they would never come back again! And that's what did it for us,we could plainly see that they simply just do NOT CARE! My advise do not eat there if you are expecting a nice dinner.Too bad it ended that way,we totally understand that a restuarant will have a bad night evryone once in awhile,but to do nothing,that shows me they really don't care.

The atmosphere was fair. The service was good. The food was horrible. My steak was of poor quality. The particular one I had was topped with spinach and something that resembled cheese whiz. The baked potato was minute. The garlic butter for the prawns lacked garlic. The chicken souvlaki was bland and charred. The water with my meal was chlorinated.
