Are the employees at Tim Horton's (at the Auto Mall) making a conserted effort to provide bad service. Here's an example I ordered a large coffee with double cream. (pretty simple hey?) I was given a large coffee with double sugar, no cream. I returned the coffee. They added the cream. I returned it, stating I did not want sugar. Third try ... I received a large coffee with single cream and no sugar. After returning the fourth cup, I no longer felt a desire for coffee and left.

The service from Horton's, at the Auto Mall can only be described as SLOW, SLOW, AND SLOW!!! 20 minutes in the line up waiting for a lousy cup of coffee ... should have stayed home and made my own. In my humble opinion there are far too many employees standing around (with their hands in their pockets)while customers are expected to wait for service. Tomorrow I'll give Wendy's a try. (perhaps they can get a cup of coffee out the window in less than 20 minutes)!

Again this morning I received my coffee in double cups. Try as I might I could not separate them. I had to drink the coffee with the two cups ... one iside the other. It was uncomfortable and made me wonder ... if the first cup was leaking, why not just pour it into a new cup. What's with the double cups!

Poor service. Orders took up to 15 minutes. I will not be recommending this Tim Hortons to anyone. A manager or better yet the owner/ operators need to be present to see what is going on. Your supervisor was clearly inexperience to deal with the uncontrolled behavior of the employees working at the back. Poor help and unsupervised workplace will result in a poor business.

I recieved a travel mug for Christmans the mug included a free fill. Since I don't drink coffee I ordered a French Vanilla. They informed me they could not fill my mug with French Vanilla. Could they not have charged me the difference or notfilled it up all the way (they usually don't fill my cup anyway) I did not just come in for a coffee I also purchased donuts and a bagel. I normally don't complain but I felt it warranted a call to Tim's customer service. That was a mistake they were rude and didn't offer anything in the way of compensation.

I beleive the person using the word cretin in a previous post (although it was spelled incorrectly) was referring to an idiot. I don't consider anyone who has trouble understanding another, with poor language skills an idiot .. sorry! I too have experienced the same problem on occassion. I enjoy the coffee enough to overlook the language problems.

The staff are super friendly and always smiling. Don't know what the cretan on a previous post is talking about with respect to the employees not having a grasp of the english language. Maybe it was the incoherent manner the order/ message was communicated in or the moronic undertones and insensitive prejudice overshadowing the actual purpose of the visit.Give me a break! For minimum wage employees they work hard and well! Anyhow, the daily visit is always an enjoyable one and definately worth the drive past starbucks to reach this place. One improvement i would like to see is a sleeve is put on the hot cup without having to ask for it. However I believe this is a company standard since its consistent everywhere. Mind you the coffee is worth it!

Again today I was handed a cup of coffee with an ill fitting lid. The server never once looked at me, or even noticed the coffee had spilled on my clothing and down the inside of my car door. When I asked for a napkin ... without looking my way she shoved a handful of napkins out the window and expected me to somehow grab them while hot coffee was running down my arm. I wonder .. is it possible to get a cup of coffee from the drive thru ... without having it spilled all over your car and clothing.

No complaints about the service .... but the coffee was awful. It tasted very old and very strong. Not like the coffee we have had at other Horton's locations. Come on guys .... throw out the old stuff and brew a fresh pot!

My last visit to Tim Horton's at the Auto Mall was extremely frustrating. After making serval attempts to place my order, I gave up and went across the street to Starbuck's. A good grasp of the English language should be a requiremnt for all Horton's employees.

Not one of the best Tims in the valley but what do you expect from tims donuts are like cardboard try to hide the stale taste by drenching it with toppings coffee is tims coffee the only thing any tims has going for it now is speed

Questionable service ... from poorly trained employees. The parking lot was littered with paper cups, used napkins and disgarded food. Appealing to the neigbourhood birds perhaps, but not too appetizing for prospective customers. The parking lot was crowded with vehicles ... but few customers could be found inside. Upon entering the restaurant, I observed lots of empty tables ... that were cluttered with the remains of pervious vistors meals. This is not the type of restaurant, or service Tim Horton's wants to be famous for.

Poor - Who in their right mind would place a chocolate covered donut in a paper napkin, then place both in a paper bag. When I returned the donut because I wasn't able to get it free from the paper napkin ... they replaced it with another one in a small cardboard box. Most of the chocolate was stuck to the box and the donut tasted ... as you would expect like like the cardboard box it came in. Wrapping a sticky donut in a paper napkin .... not a real good idea. Placing it sticky side down in a cardboard box an even worse idea. Good coffee Lousy donuts

This Tim Hortons provides excellent service especially on the drive thru. They have a fast, couteous staff and it is my preferred location.
