Two friends any I were in Mc Donld's on South Fraserway in Abbotsford tonight, November 5th, and we were very impressed with a young employee named Zack. He came by our table and asked if he could clear our trays if we were finished, and then reminded us to remove the contest stickers from our drinks.

He helped me read mine, as I didn't have my glasses with me, and when my friend won a muffin, he asked her if he could get her a muffin right away. He also asked if she wanted butter with it and did she want the muffin warmed.

Zack is a really nice, personable young man who we observed helping other individuals in the two hours we sat there chatting.

When we finally left, he was right there to open the door for us. Excellent customer service. I wish more employees, of all ages, were more like Zack, and I would never had any complaints about anyone! He is definately a huge asset to McDonald's!!! Seldom do I write to any restaurant or store about an employee, but I feel very good about letting you know about Zack.
