i went to this establishment because a friend recommended it to me... i was very dissapointed, it was so dark i could hardly see my food...not that it was good anyway, the music was so loud i couldn't talk to my partner and the service was terrible...i will never go back.

Been to Lou's MANY times an absolutely LOVE it. Sometimes the service is bad, butyou cant blame the waitresses...its always so busy there! The menu COULD use some downsizing though, as it is always difficult to chose something.

Lou's is a great place to go for a sandwich for lunch. If you order anything more complicated that some ingredients between slices of bread, prepare to be disappointed.

I used to always go to Lou's instead of The Keg. Loved it. The last few times I have gone there for the usual (New York steak with the works...chocolate cake, 8 people, my treat) I was disappointed. Something different. When you are going out and it is one of those Order whatever you want! kind of nights I don't recommend it anymore. Too bad. Any other recommendations?

Was really the best place in Abby the first few years it was open, but the food has gone down hill the last few years, cold side dishes uncooked potatoes, cold seafood chowder, real amature mistakes. Need to get some management in the kitchen to create some consistency, the menu needs to be updated as well. Really great place to hang out though, and the drinks and beer selection is the best in Abbotsford.

Don't go if you plan to have a conversation. It is a very noisy place.

I had lunch there today and ordered a pop and i assumed that it was free refills as every other restaurant that charge you 2-3 buck for pop. Well they charged me 2x$2.5 which in my mind was a huge rip off and I told the manager that this was a big time rip off especially when it cost them 10 cents to make it. Only a few bucks I guess but it's the principal. I felt cheated and the manger told me that's the way it is. She didn't really seem to care too much. I know I won't be going back there. The food was nothing special, it was average I'd say. Be careful with the pop orders the charge you for each $2.50. I guess if you learn from my mistake.

Always have excellent food at Lou's and the caesars are the best in town, music is definitely on the loud side but the staff are fantastic!

good food, good drunk, bad drive home

Food is very good, but the music is way to loud. I asked them if they can turn it down, but aparently that's the restaurant policy.

the food was absolutely delicious especially the chicken strips tossed in hot sauce and the bartender warren was very friendly and one hell of a drink maker!!
this place has memories from my past and will never be forgotten!

I have eaten here more times that I can count and love it. Ceasars are the best. I'm not sure why the bad reviews. I hope they haven't gone down hill as I am heading there tonight.

My friends and I had a great time. The food was great and the waitress was friendly and helpfull as I have a food allergy that needed extra attention and she was informative and pleasent. We will be back.

We ate at Lou's Grill tonight and were treated very rudely by Cara the Manager or whatever your name was. She came to my table when I was in the restroom and took my 3/4 filled wine glass and the candle off the table with a mean look on her face (according to my wife) and had a bad attitude. Then the Steak was overcooked, then she put some strange sauce on the Spuds. The waitress had a mean look no her face here and there throughout the meal everytime we asked for anything else such as butter for my potatos which she never did bring out. Everything you asked for was a pain and trouble to her and a clear drudgery. We have tried this place a good number of times and found this behavior to be consistently bad and the food consistently bad also. Wouldn't reccomend the place to anyone. Their service and food is consistently BAD. We are big tippers and are wealthy people that are generous with our money and often we tip $100 bills and the minimum is normally about 50% of the bill... this time we tipped only $15 to the rude waitress. She was lucky to get that and probably has no idea what she lost. In any case me and my wife decided never to eat there again nor to bring our families and friends there ever again. On the way out we told the girl that handled the ticket that and also promised to complain. Now I am going to put this complaint on every restaurant review that I can find. Treat us wrong and we will get you back. enjoy.

Food was excellent as was the service. Music was too loud.

Excellent Food, with incredibly reasonable prices, great service...you never see the bottom of your drink, or your plate because the servings are of great proportions!
