Artisan New York style pizza with hand stretched dough and fresh, never frozen ingredients. Italian sausage, capicola(cured pork shoulder) and pancetta(Italian style bacon)are all made in house of the highest quality Fraser Valler pork. We also feature locally made cured pepperoni, chorizo sausage from "Dressed to Grill" in Mission, BC. We make our own fresh mozzarella(fior di latte) daily with the freshest and highest quality milk from Abbotsford's Birchwood Dairy. Every pizza is finished with fresh basil and generous handful of 2 year old Grana Padano parmesan from Italy. Sauce is made fresh daily with premium California plum tomatoes.
